I will admit that I was a bit fearful of the word "glass." I imagined the worst. What if it breaks while I'm using it? What if I drop it? It just might hurt. I thought about how hard & stiff, being handcrafted glass that there would be no give to the product, as in flexibility.
All these thoughts were swept away after my first use of the Purple G-Spot Tickler. I am now a glass dildo fan.
There are no seams in the glass, completely smooth. On the outside of the box it states that it is "one of a kind. Handblown, Handmade and Handcrafted." There are no patterns, no designs, just a very simple glass dildo. There is only a curve at the tip to stimulate your g-spot and a large ball at the bottom for a comfortable grip, which I really do like.
This dildo measures approximately 7 inches in length with one inch width. This dildo is made of borosilicate glass. Borosilicate glass can withstand two different temperatures at the same time. It does not expand like regular glass does. This type of glass is able to withstand quick temperature change. So, this dildo can be used with cold or hot temperatures. Imagine the possibilities. This glass dildo weights approximately 8 ounces. It does feel heavy in the hand if a person isn't used to glass products such as this one.
My favorite feature about this glass dildo is that it is hypoallergenic and is extremely easy to clean afterwards. I have used soap & water. I have used alcohol wipes to clean it. Soaked it in hot water. I have towel dried it, air-dried it. Placed it back into the protective foam wrap, stored in its original box.
I enjoyed using this dildo. Starting out fearful of a glass sex toy, I'm looking forward to experiencing more glass dildos. I would recommend this product to someone who has not owned a glass dildo before. I'm glad that I have it in my growing collection of sex toys. This glass dildo definitely tickled my g-spot.
